In this webinar Lisa Brown will present one of Watersheds of South Pittsburgh’s major projects, the Saw Mill Run Green Boulevard Master Plan. This plan, funded by DCNR and RK Mellon, envisions a transformed Saw Mill Run Stream and Corridor enhancing the economic, environmental, and social health of the neighborhoods and communities along the stream.
Lisa will cover the following topics:

About:
Lisa Brown is the Founder and Executive DIrector of Watersheds of South Pittsburgh, which focuses on the issues of flooding, stormwater runoff, and degraded water quality in the Saw Mill Run and Streets Run Watersheds. Lisa works closely with the watershed communities, local governments, and academic and nonprofit partners to identify the issues and explore opportunities for transforming our local watersheds.
Lisa received her BS in biology from Chatham University, while her graduate studies in social and comparative analysis focused on the public’s understanding of scientific uncertainty. Lisa also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from Georgetown University.
